Speak positive things to yourself. When you find yourself thinking negative things, counter with the positive.
Being trapped inside, unable to see friends and extended family, can have an adverse effect on your child. Especially the youth who may be struggling mental illness.
While you may feel tempted to quit therapy without talking to your therapist, this is not a good idea. Let them know your issues.
