  2. He he heee I like the Chillaxing bit most. I dont actually agree with Taking an Ice cold glass of water first thing in the morning. Rather a room temperature glass of water is better. Or so said my GP.

    I also let a bit of cold water flow through my hair after i wash it…Its meant to be good for keeping split ends off…didnt know its good for the general body too!

  4. I only hated Mondays when I was in school because I hated having to get up early and go to school. now as an adult Mondays have never bothered me but I know they sure bother Garfield

  7. These are some great tips. For me it’s a little different because my Monday is actually Friday, as I work during the weekends. But on Friday, when it is my Monday I try to remember everything I get to look forward too on my next days off.

  13. When I used to have to get up early on a Monday morning I found having the alarm clock out of reach was the only way to beat the ten-minute snooze syndrome. Once my feet were on the floor I was up and ready to start the day. Otherwise, I could snooze away an hour in ten-minute batches.

  15. Yesterday, I was dragging so much that I was late for work (and didn’t even care). I can’t tolerate a cold shower, not even for a few minutes. I will give drinking ice cold water a try first thing in the morning.

  16. Yes! I don’t leave enough time for Chillax. I get right up, take a shower, drink water, put my bag out by the door but still… don’t like to brush my hair or put makeup on. hehe. I end up doing it in the bathroom at work!
